  • Removing Fairings

Hi I have just upgraded from GS500 to GSX650. I removed the fairings from my GS and would like to do the same with the GSX and have it as a naked bike can anyone tell me what I need to do. All I needed was a new headlight and bracket, and new mirrors to change over the GS hoping it is that simple with the GSX. Has anyone already done this.
    Cheers Jan

Remove the screws, then remove fairings.
90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

All but the indicators would still be attached even without the fairings, but iit does not look good...

See the streetfighter section for ideas on naked setups.

The OP is talking about a GSX650, not a kat

We don't quite have the same resources for the 650's.
