Hello K.R Fam i'm new here but I have a Question?




I have a 88 Katana Frame and i'm looking to drop a 97 Gsxr 600 or 750 motor in her and I was wondering if anyone would know if that year motor will fit in my 88 katana frame...

Mid 90s gsxr will not work without a LOT of modification to the frame. Needs to be an oil cooled Suzuki engine. Mid-late 80s gsxr, any katana engine, any bandit engine up till 200...5? Whatever year they switched to water cooled. + 90-91 gsxr. Maybe 92, dont remember when they switched to water cooled.

Not those. A tremendous amount of work would be needed to fit those. they are water cooled motors. Prior to 92 GSXR motors, bandit motors and Kat motors fit.
