    it's not easy to tell from this picture, and the current owner doesn't have any idea, but it kind of looks like this bike already has the 1" bar risers on it doesn't it?

    also appears to be an aftermarket seat cover.

    does it look to yuo like it has bar risers?

      1. That's not a stock seat cover. It does look nice, though.
      2. Like Arsenic says, no those bars are not raised from stock.

            The only not horrible tank pad I've ever seen is crystal clear.

              That looks like a piece of duct tape with the corners rounded off. I suppose that would work.
