I searched around the forum and cant find a specific answer to my question so here goes- While installing the bearings in my front wheel we noticed a couple of things- the bearing on the speedo drive side sticks up a few millimeters is this normal? And the bearing spacer-metal shaft in between the bearings- moves a little not much but a little is this normal?

ok so i figured out that the shaft is supposed to move some but where do the black seals in the kit go? they are larger diameter than the bearing but somewhat hard and they dont stretch much if at all -
