oil cooler bolt torque settings

sorry for a basic torque setting post but i can't find it in my haynes manual, its for a 96 600cc katana, its the bolts that screw into the bottom of the crankcase. The bolts have two washers and a hole for the oil to move through it freely.

At the oil pan . I'm WANTING to say it's in the teens ..... like 16 . Anybody back me up ?

It doesn't say in my Haynes manual either, I'll check the factory manual when I go in the garage
