Has anyone ever thought of one of those air shocks that can raise and lower the rear with a switch? They are expensive but I think it can be built cheaper if I can find the right cylinder. Has anyone ever looked into it at all. I don't have much experience with air cylinders. But it would be cool.

If you want a remote-controllable ride height, figure out how to incorporate a servo-controlled threaded rod and nut system into the dogbone. If you want to be able to change the ride stiffness on the move, give it up, set it for what's right for you and live in peace. IMHO: The idea of resetting it on the fly while moving should be left for firms like BMW, whose engineers literally spent years figuring out how to do it and put the controls in a place where you don't have to take your eyes off the road nor your hands off the grips.
