New Project... 00 GSXR 600 IGNITION replacement

Hello all!
So I have another project bike and I am stuck. I picked up a 2000 GSXR 600 it was a repo and the repo folks used the "Universal" key (drilled it out) and I did get a box A title with it...
No I have not picked up the manual yet so a little help please. How do I remove an Igniton and put in a new one??? I thought it looked simple but nope...
Any help would be appreciated,

you can start by probably removing the upper fork clamp... no simple answer other than start taking it apart till you get to it.
