  • Some pics from riding this summer

Took some long rides across Norway this summer, captured some pics of the Kat.

Hardangervidda, up in the mountains nice roads and nice weather.

Coming down from the mountains I passed this waterfall

Out on the coast near Bergen

Going north, the famous Geirangerfjord in the background

Pic of my badly worn front tire, had to get it replaced halfway on my trip.
Luckily they had it in stock and mounting was included in the price

The bike rides so much smoother with the new tire.

Not everybody keeps the shiny side up......

On my way home, this is the Trolls-ladder. A series of hairpin turns up the mountain.

    Anotherone further down the ladder

The Trolls wall, a favorite place for base jumpers

That was it for this summer, had some great rides and cant wait for next season.
Now she is tucked-in in the garage for the winter.

Wow! That's all I can say, besides I am jealous
It doesn't matter what you ride, as long as you ride.

          Thanks

We have some nice roads and really awesome scenery here.
Met quite a lot of bikes from abroad on my trips, guess they come for these reasons.

The downside is that the season is fairly short around here, even shorter for me as I am going to Qatar for work for three months. It will be snow when I come back.

+1 on the onboard camera, I would really like that, both for stills and for filming.
Its kind of a pain to stop and get of the bike to take pictures at some places.

that is some very beautiful looking country you got there. the beauty of it reminds me of fall in Eastern TN. you can look at the mountains and watch he leaves of the trees change colors. brown, yellow, green... ahhhhh just thinking about it makes me home sick.
