Not easy/cheap to graft another swing arm in.
Look up Krey's how to widen a swing arm thread. He's done it a number of times. You can widen it up enough to put in a little larger rim so you can fit say a 180 rear.

On a kat a bigger motor... small upgrades; ignition advancer, jet kit, exhaust is just noise. No high flow air filters, stick with the air box and OEM type filter.

Unless one is building a drag bike, I'm not too keen on the whole long swingarm idea.

While Katana swingarms are unique, Kreylyn did a good job of documenting the widening process.

If your moving the rear wheel back with a stretch, you don't need to do anything special to widen the arm for clearance. Just spread the stock arm a little wider.

My mod is only needed for when your trying to keep a stock length wheelbase. This is because the point where the swingarm is angled to kick out is the same point as the tire edge. Moving the wheel back just 4" will put the tire edge at the same point as the flats of the arms. If those are as wide as the hub... then there is tire clearance. That means you need to be about 3/4" wider... for most 5.5" wheels. That's a really easy mark to hit by just spreading the arms wider.
