I'm bored too. I have a post new year's/christmas work party to go to tonight. This weekend I want to at least get all the holes drilled and controls mounted on the control panel I'm making for my metal lathe. If I can do that and pre-wire between that panel and the project box for the dc motor controller, then all that's left is pulling the old AC motor off and making a mount for the DC motor. Wish it was warm enough to consider riding, but single digits and high winds are extreme for me.

Iíll be under the Jeep today, installing an SYE and a C.V. drive shaft. Next up ordering the supercharger and FMU.

I had a fine and fun gig last night...people were waiting outside just to get a seat...a guy at the bar surrendered his bar stool so I could start playing...first song began at 5:45 and I kept it going with only one repeat (First Cut Is the Deepest...just learned it Thursday and wanted to nail it, and did) and kept it going until a little after 10. I don't take breaks. It was a groovy night! $95 in tips too! Yow! No time to get bored here...always happenings.

Two things.
1) I thought someone with little kids would never be bored,
2) How bad can Tennessee weather be for someone not to able to ride?

I live in Canada and I have a legitimate excuse for not being able to ride a motorcycle from December to April. It's called winter and we get snow.

On another note: Can you explain why you're both excited and terrified by getting a lithium ion battery. What makes getting a battery terrifying?

Very little snow here, but was super cold (-7c)....spring time for you lol Although it is heating up to 0 today. It was cold enough to freeze something in 8hrs in my throttle until i got down the road and thawed out. Dont know if it was the cable or something in/on carbs.

Lithium battery....being somewhere and not being restart without pushing and popping the clutch. I have one and it takes a long time hooked to a charger to start.

I'm all for slip yolk eliminators and CV joint driveshafts in Jeeps. What model are you working on? What FMU are you thinking about getting? Mega Squirt perhaps?
