Clutch stay engaged

Today, i had my bike on the center stand in order for me to work on it. Just to mess around, i decided to shift my bike to first while it is on the center stand. And here comes the problem. With the clutch handle FULLY engaged, which means the clutch should be FULLY disengaged, however, the wheel kept turning. It looks like the clutch was never fully disengaged even though squeezed the clutch handle all the way to the bottom. So I adjusted the handle and made sure there was no free play. But the problem persisted. How could I go about fixing this problem?

This is normal with a wet clutch, there will be some drag due to the oil in/around the clutch.

Yes normal as long as the rear wheel is not flying.
