  • UNI air filter pods

    are these worth getting? it would be cheaper then buying all the new boots and everythign i need to get my current air box back on

    With the stock CV carbs? Not a chance. To use pods you need to buy flatslide carbs. They cost $500+ MINIMUM. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess the air box hardware is less.

        Mikuni RS36 flat slides, I wish I owned those, oh wait I do. Now I just gotta finish the motor they go with.
        BTW, those have Uni pods.

                          That silver thing you see inside the carb bore is the slide. The thing with flat slides is that vacuum has nothing to do with how they work. You twist the throttle, the slides are going to open. It's 100% mechanical.
