Apparently! even though i'm not one to talk. I still have yet to take it out in the rain and most likely wont for sometime.

I check it mechanically once a week and clean it once a month

I wash once every 1 - 2 months (more frequently when the bugs are out) and give it a good cleaning once a year to get all the chain lube overspray off the swing arm and to clean up the engine.

I clean mine fairly regularly.. swingarm, rims, plastics.. etc... not so much WASH, but a Old bike Spirits cleaner.
