Need help, No spark, wiring prolem

Hi, I have a 2003 katana, I was chaging the sparks and afterwards i put everything back in place I all ready checked the components CDI, Coils, Generator, kill switch it throws some spark every now and then but i have been a week on this and cant find the problem. Is any body willing to give me a step by step.

Did you remove the coil signal wires? If so you could have possibly put it back on the wrong terminal, or the power wire lead that is on a double female spade could be corroded or falling off.
Make sure the bike is in neutral and your kick stand switch didn't crap out on you.
(White coil wire to the left coil, and the Black/Yellow to the right coil.)
Just common issues i find.
