I'm going to take a guess....figuring the whole bike weighs around 457 lbs. then subtract....
frame = 60 lbs?
wheel/rims = 30 lbs?
fairings = 10 lbs?
handlebars/forks = 30 lbs?
Assorted electronics/cables = 10 lbs?
Battery = 10 lbs?
Seat = 5 lbs?
Fuel tank (dry) = 15 lbs?
~287 lbs., but don't quote me on that.

About 150-ish . I've heard most people say about 160-180 for shipping purposes . Yeah , If I can pick one up , it ain't no 287lbs . 120 is WAY light ( sure it's heavier than that) , and 180 seems a bit much , so I'm sticking with 150-160lbs .

I'm surprised Special K hasn't chimed in with the exact answer. I know he has shipped lots of motors through the years. I bet he knows off the top of his head.
hmm... wonder if it's on here somewhere.....
What do ya know... looky here what I found.
Originally posted by Special K.....I have shipped over 12 Kat engines. They weigh 185 - 200 pounds, including the pallet, depending on whether or not you include the alternator and starter......
