Does anyone know of any good power/suspension upgrades? I do not want to engine swap just yet but I eventually will.

Without swapping engines there's no real performance to be gained. The 600 is a pretty weak platform.

Suspension wise there's a lot to be done, cartridge emulators new correct springs, rear shock swaps, new spring, gold valving...

I know I can upgrade the intake, headers, and put in new jets but is there any other way I can get more power?

Welcome to KR! You really shouldn't upgade the intake. The Kat works best on the stock filter. You might squeeze a few HP out of a full exhaust and stage one jets, but it won't be a lot.

Thanks! Is there anywhere else I can squeeze out some more power?

Like I said, a bigger engine. You can throw all the money at a 600 engine you can find, still wont make 85hp on a 500# bike.
