  • Afr screw

So I was looking to adjust my afr screw, but for some reason mine is just a flat piece of metal. Am I missing something? https://ibb.co/eNifP5

Those get drilled out. Check out carbs 101 and 102 in the maintence section for more info

That's just a thin metal insert, so be careful when you drill to not hit the screws underneath. Drill a small hole, thread in a tap screw, pull the cover plate off.

I was wondering the same. Not for the plug but setting the screw
to put back what the EPA has taken away. The manual is showing
1 7/8 turns out and that seems pretty juicy at least comparing to the
CV40's I've done in the past. This bank of carbs is my first Mikuni's
so I hope they are close. Stock intake and farter. Should I go two turns?
