Note: the method shown on my website (listed in the first post) is specific to the nut-adjuster valves found on:
88-91 Kat 600
98-06 Kat 600
89-06 Kat 750

The missing years for the Kat 600 had shim method adjusters, which are a whole different ball-game (although measuring clearances remains the same).

Hi Marc,

This is the same as for the Bandit 1200 engine, I did adjust the valves myself (Gerd was looking for mistakes but I did not make any! LOLL he said I am a natural)
