Just to let everyone know, a 00 GSXR 750 shock will bolt in aswell. You just have to move the battery box forward. I have one on my 97 600 increased the ride height and now has increased adjustability over stock.

thought id give an update.. the 2002-2003 suzuki gsxr1000 rear shock does NOT fit into the kat very easily, it requires swing arm modifications and both upper and lower shock mounting point modifications to make it fit!

cheers.joe.

[b]Jim, that might be my bad I think the RF goes in with out any trouble..
I guess if teh 600 and 750 are interchangeable then
the RF will fit either model

is it safe to say then, the 1991 GSXR 750 shock will NOT raise the tail on a pre 98?

Thanks

2001 bandit 1200 (I think they made error and put starting price a buy it now!)

Cheers,
