This is my first year street riding. I figure once it gets down below 50F I'll have trouble finding motivation to ride.
We'll see though... gas is a beotch and I love riding.I'm completely in favor of the separation of Church and State. My idea is that these two institutions screw us up enough on their own, so both of them together is certain death. - George Carlin

Above 30F and no snow , game on . And New Year's day has become a tradition for me as well after hearing some others talk about that one . I like that one . THIS year I'm thinking about putting some dual-sport tires on the project bike for winter and seeing how that works .

So far, I have ridden once in the dead of winter. I think it was about 2o or 22 degrees out. I kept telling myself that since it was sunny, it was warm. Coldest I had ever been in my life let me tell you. And that was about a 40 or 45 minute ride. I had to get my bike to the dealers though!Kan-O-Gixxer!

I'm in Northern Missouri and ride year round. Yes, its cold as hell, but not too bad for short trips. My kat is my only transportation, so I make due. I pulled one day (on my way to work, about 10 miles) where it was 10 degrees farenheit. that was COLD.
