Hello Folks. I’ve been watching Katriders for quite some time while I put back together a 1990 GSX600FL. It was taken apart to do a frame up paint and rework. Tonight, she had her first longer than a block ride, and it was a blast!
It has been really great to be able to find a LOT of info for putting her back together. It is a present for my daughter, from my son (who rode her hard and put it away wet!!), with the rebuild in between. I’ve body worked, repainted her a cool blue metallic, new forks and suspension, and just finished tuning the carbs. Still have to try and get the rest of the fairings mounted, but she was smoking this evening! This is a “as time is available” rebuild, and I look forward to future postings!
