    Yeah I did the busa shock at the beginning of the season. I love it it also give me a lot of adjustments. I am 300lbs. and the new shock definitely made the bike handle a lot better. Plus if my information is right the busa weighs more then the kat anyway to spring should be great for me. Also at 6'2" I love the extra height

        Ive heard some people talk bout the b12 shock making their kickstands unstable...??
        mines sits more stable now than it did with the original worn out shock

          I feel the same way. It's funny to to see peoples faces when i put it on the side stand. They try to catch it for me. Hilarious

            haha, I pulled up an parked next to my boss's busa yesterday. He almost sh*t when I just hopped off an walked in. He was sure it was gonna tip over on his bike.

                I put a B12 shock on the rebuild yesterday and had to wind it down a bit to get on. This limits the damper adj ???
                if your not living on the edge
                you take up too much room

                  my b12 shock is maxed out. it was easy to swap out, just used a floor jack underneath it to line up the holes

                          yea, if i had thought bout it i wouldve taken pics of the install.

                          i just bolted the top on hand tight, then positioned a floor jack underneath an raised it till the bottom bolt slid in. dropped the jack an torqued the bolts, took bout 15 minutes.

                          btw. i want to put a belly pan/lower cowl/air scoop on the bottom. anyone one have any suggestions? i havent really found much that i like that works an have been thinkin of fabricatin one. but if i can find something i like that will work i would prefer to do it that way.

                            well been slacking a little bit with working on the kat, picked up a free 89 honda 250ex quadrunner that i been tryin to get running. but here after this month ill be moving out of this overpriced apartment and i should have the money for a new engine and have 2 great projects to work on over the winter.
