man i am looking at this site for 2 weeks i guess.this is the best modified kat i have ever seen.as i love naked bikes, your bike is awesome.
dont get me wrong but only detail that i idont like is that seat color.
i guess a foggy grey would look perfect on your bike.

That was something that had bothered me when I first picked up the rolling chassis. I've always had plans to recover it with a black/charcoal combo or black smooth/patterned combo. Truth be told, after seeing every other kat on the planet with the stock blue/gray, or a black seat, this one has grown on me a little bit.

                          Hey dude,

We will have to meat next summer maybe around SEattle or something. Great food at the casino at exit 200.

Checked out your website and you obviously have a background in graphic design or something. great job on that too.

Where are you gunna hang the header? Are you going to use an upswept modern?

                          cheers,

                          Rob.

Rob...sounds good. Where around BC are you at? Definitely up for road trips!

As for the header, I have a stock B12 in the garage (heavy but it fits), a V&H drag pipe (fits but very rusty), a newer gsxr titanium (fits into exhaust ports but has different port spacing. Spacing could be corrected but, hangs too low for my liking). Bottom line is when I get my 220 power to the garage at our new house, I may just fab/weld up my own.

Now that I have my mill and lathe back, flanges and hangers are no problem. I have an extra brand new Yoshimura baffle still in the package, a pile of stainless tubing, and being a TIG welder doesn't hurt.

Thanks for the props on the webpage. Graphic design is part of my background as is large scale public monuments, metal casting, precision fabrication, and composite work.

So how many kats do you actually have in the stable right now

                                too far

I can understand some upgrades but the engine shold be right, not a gixer motor.
