If I could find one with low miles, and a low price... I'd be all over it.... but most of them are more than a few years old now with more than a few thousand miles

Kawasaki is still making, but not for the USA, the ZRX1200.

          The 2009 model.

'Bout five years ago, I gave the ZRZ1100 serious consideration in comparison to the Bandit 1200. Ultimately bought the Bandit because it was the big bike that captured my imagination- I probably would have done as good with the Kawi had I gone that direction.

My friend has an 05 and likes it alot, he's done quite a few mods on his. If you need more in depth info there is always the ZRXOA message board. You'll find tons of info there.

I have a blue 03 ZRX and when I saw it I just liked the look of it. Fun to sport tour around on and tops out at around 145 mph indicated stock. I added a Corbin GF/L seat, Givi windscreen, Two Brothers bolt on can, and 1 inch bar risers. Bike is comfortable now. There is always a good deal on one if you are patient. I saw one in Orlando a green 05 bone stock w/5000 miles asking 4500. I highly recommend the ZRX.

I got a 1999 1100.......very good bike IMO. They take mods well too. Mine was pushing 130 at the wheel after adding a pipe, cams & pods.
