katana mistaken for a SCOOTER!!?

So i meet up with a group of friends at a local ice cream stand on my katana. I pull up and park right up front with some ppl standin by. As soon as i get off and take off my helmet, an older fella (mid-late 60's) came right up to me and said, "Hey, is that a scooter you got there?". Loud enough that other ppl heard for sure.. well I had to turn my head n look at my bike behinfd me to keep from busting out laughing..I regrouped myself n told him it wasnt n he said he was lookin to buy a scooter to save on gas. he preceded to ask questions about mine. In the end he complemented mine, but needless to say my friends got a good laugh outa it.

When I was a Sheriff's Officer a lot of the old school bikers referred to their motorcycles as scooters.

I've called muh bike a scoot before... But also call it "Pig" and "Peace of Monkey Sh*t", "Effin Pain in my ***" , but I think thoes are all besides the point
