body molding scratches - fixable?

Jeshua dropped his bike at 3-5 mph which has left minor abrasions on body panel.

1. Does the color go all the way through? - as in are these buffable out?

2. Any other ideas - or just live with them?

If your fingernail can catch on the scratches then they won't buff out, they'll need to be touched up with paint
