tired of removing 4 into 1 kerker to change oil on 82 kat

gotta get rid of this pipe. what can i do? does the vance & hines for gs1100 fit? & does it give access to filter & drain plug?

I think all the aftermarket exhausts might require you to remove them for getting at the oil filter, but I'm not 100% positive.

i was told by a dealer that the vance & hines street megaphone for gs1100 will fit & give clearance but once i buy it i'm stuck if it doesnt work

Make sure it's not a sidewinder system. Unless you don't care about turning right.

Dont know if this helps or not, but Ive got the V&H SS2R with the full header on my 1157 and I can get to the oil filter just fine.

The V&H pipe does NOT require removal for oil filter or drain plug access! The GS1100 pipe will fit but you will have to custom make a rear hanger bracket as they no longer make the pipe they used to make for the 82 & 83 Kats.
