  • Breakaway cruise control

Anyone have any experience with these? Looked at one at the local bike shop, not cheap at $200, but very well made.I like the on/off function, so easy, but best of all i like the fact that when you brake, it disengages.I know there are many 'devices' out there, just not seen this one before.Let me know what you think.

Brakeaway motorcycle cruise control provides safe and reliable integration with your motorcycle's factory controls. Fits select Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory, Yamaha, and Indian.
Ok, no more mister nice guy, i've met the guy in the street, and he's a wanker.

Maybe I'm missing something, but how is a throttle lock, cruise control? Not sure about where you're from, but we have twisties and hills and that wouldn't be holding any sort of consistant speed.

Plus, $200 for a fairly simple little locking collar? Seems excessive. Nothing overly complicated there.

I'd have to agree with bcsean, it looks like a throttle lock with a buton to disengage it when you hit the brake. $200 seems a little expensive for a glorified throttle lock. http://www.throttlemeister.com/tm.html

I bought a lock off ebay that was ment for crusier for $25 dollars, and seen them for sale at bike shops for $30. I have had mine for years and works great.
