  • Is this bent or not

So I'm in the process of fixing my 92 kat 750, T-boned a car a few years back. Was wondering if anyone could see from these pictures if the frame is bent or not..I know I can't really know unless I take it to a shop but at first glance.

from the pics, your frame looks fine... but still should have someone check it out in person... cracks can hide pretty well, lol... those forks are screwed tho!!

Haha yeah the forks have no hope, actually in the process of swapping out the whole front got hung up on some stripped hex bolts though. I've been looking it over and haven't seen any cracks. but maybe I can get someone to look at it. Thanks a heap

cracks on a frame can be tricky... i would def have a certified shop check it out if your unsure... hairline cracks are HARD to find sometimes, and a shop will only charge you 50-100 bucks to check it over... alot cheaper then killing yourself cuz your frame had a crack in it... and if they do find one (depending on it's size) you can find a good TIG welder to fix it for you (alot cheaper then a new frame)

get the frame professionally inspected or buy a new frame (shouldn't be more than a couple hundred dollars). A visual inspection really isn't good enough.

Alright, thats more than likely what I'll do then. might have to get it moving first and take the chance of riding it to a shop seeing as i dont have a truck to haul it..thank you again
