So as mentioned in my intro thread I got a deal this. I love adventure touring bikes and street fighters so thats the direction I'm gonna go with for this thing. I plan on riding this well into the winter so I need to have some comforts all the while keeping it looking mean. Since I picked it up I've been working on it slowly which picked up more over the last week. I put a new d&d pipe 4-1 exhaust on it. I repainted and header wrapped the whole thing and tossed the d&d can can for a nice stainless supertrapp. I also started building my "panniers" today and put my heated grips on. I hid the wire's and used one of the three holes in the frame under the coil to hold the switch. I'm gonna keep changing up some stuff, I hope to tackle a busa front end before the riding season is over and change up the head lights. The p.o. put these on it but I'd like something sleeker and more awkward looking. Here's how it sat before dinner.

The pod filters are great. The original owner installed them with a set of hi-po cams about 10k miles ago, and had it dyno tuned. It runs awesome a tad rich when it had the oem exhaust, but it pulls like a freight train from mid-range to redline!
