    New Kat owner in West Michigan

    Hey y'all,
    Just bought my first Street bike, a 2004 Katana 600. Excited for my new adventures and back roads to be seen on it! Looking forward to networking and learning from others on here!

                Hey there-- my first street bike was (hah! IS!) my '91 600. This will be my 3rd season on it and... I'm outgrowing it, for sure. The 6 speed makes for lots and lots of shifting especially if you're looking at "back road adventures" ...but overall it's a nice, predictable bike. Enjoy!
