I have a 2006 suzuki kat 600. so far i have about 10700kms. what i have done is yoshimura rs3 slip on pipe, k and n air filter (stock replacement) with the big rubbber ring not the small one. dyno jet stage 1 jet kit with stock springs and jet sizes 120s and am using dyno jet needles. fuel mixture is at 3 turns out. and the bike has been carb synced. The problem i have is when i let the clutch out and give it throttle, the bike bogs and then i have to either wait or just pull the clutch in to get the rpms up to avoid the bog. Does anyone know what i should do?

It's a dyno jet kit they all do that until corrected.
First remove that big rubber snout and put the smaller one on.
Put the needle at 2.5 on clip height.
Put 116 mains in it.
Turn A/F screws to 3 1/4 out from seated position.
Let me know how that works for ya.

I would go bigger mains but the biggest size i got was 120s and thats what i put in based on the install sheet. i thought about putting the stock needles back in because i heard that will fix the problem. i had the dynojet springs in today and i put the stock one back in and i had alot more torque and power but i still had a slight bog on takoff and thats it. no problems throughout the rest of the gears.
