I have a 2005 Katana 600. Can anyone tell me what the torque settings are for the bolts for the generator cover, the signal cover, and for the oil bolt?

I set the oil drail plug at 35 foot pounds of touque, and the others just snug.

I think you might have a slight type-o there by a few pounds Andre..
      I torque mine to 16.5 lb-ft.

Case cover bolts are like 6-8 ft/lbs . It don't need much .
And 35 ft/lbs for the drain plug ?!?!? Good GOD man ! Wait , maybe that's CDN ft/lbs , which would maybe be like 15ft/lbs US , which is acceptable .

35 lb-ft on the oil drain plug is a good way to have to get a new oil pan...
          It'll usually strip threads by 20 lb-ft.

If you need something not listed there, search KR for the link to download the OEM shop manual (PDF format).
