How much work is it to swap a windscreen out ? Take the 3rd eye out , plastic around instruments out ? and then what ? I have one I want to swap, and cant find any info in the search section...

Easy, we did mine in the Tim Horons parking lit with the allen key in the tool kit. Just take the allen bolts from the front of the wind screen and the one hiding behind the plastic around the third eye. No need to remove gauge cluster side or the third eye its self.
took 10 minutes including the chatting and coffee drinking.

Take the third eye panel off, remove the black push pin type holder at the base of the screen, unscrew the two allen head screws with the rubber inserts. Remove the rubber inserts and un screw the two phillips screws on the inside of the dash above the gauges. The screen will now slide out.Bike is sold

Thanx guys....that was too easy, when you know what to look for, 10 mins. all done, Figured it was that easy but you all know how it is figuring somethings easy and then you break it....haha thanx again
