Finally one to call my own!

After years of lusting after other peoples bikes, I just brought home my first:

A 2004 Suzuki SV650S with 500 miles on it. I know I know, its not a Kat, but I've been lurking around these boards for so long I feel that this should be the first place I post!

Congrats Trip. You do not have to own a KAT to be here. That bike looks great. I was sitting on a blue 06 1000 today. If I only had the money I would have taken it out of there today.

yeah, i think even if i owned another bike aside from a kat, i'd still only post here. i've never come into a forums community with a better group of people. nice bike btw. i really like the sv's w/the full fairings.

I would have tried to get blue personally.

But anyhows great choice on bike, just an FYI though if it only has 500 miles on it that means in another 100 miles it will be due for its first service.

And oh man please chop that rear shovel off, then maybe get some flush mount front signals, smoke windscreen, Micron exhaust, and the list goes on and on and on.
