Hi everyone, just bought my 2002 GSXF 750 after a 14 year absence from 2 wheels, will be needing a lot of help with bits and pieces. First Question is:- why KATANA is it the USA model, and is it the same as mine?

Welcome to KR yup, the USA got the same bikes as us but they were called Katanas over there - dunno why...

Marketing thing. Japanese bikes often get Japanese names...ninja, katana, hyabusa, etc. Welcome back to 2 wheels!!
