Katana forks are 41mm.

Any cap that will fit a suzuki 41mm tube threaded insert, is gonna fit your kat. They use the same threads, so no reason for it not too.

You would just need to do the match up to ensure your getting for the right size tubes, and understand or be planning on removing the oem damping adjustment rods.

So did you confirm the fitment of the caps ? Just wondering because the caps I seen on ebay said for GSF500. Got a link to the ones you bought ?
