Front suspension oil

Can anyone tell me what the correct quantities of oil in the front fork legs for a 82 1100 Katana are? Please let me know in metric quantities as we are metric here in South Africa.

---227ml per leg,
---oil level fork compressed no spring, 221mm
---15W fork oil
Rest of the world (GSX1100 SD,SZ)
---227ml per leg
---oil level fork compressed no spring, 221mm
---SZ 15W fork oil
---SD SAE 10W/40 SE or SF
This is straight out of my Haynes Manual.
