oil cooler mount

I got a hold of a bigger oil cooler for my project, but the mounting holes aren't matching up to my frame. Looking at the mounting holes on the top of the stock cooler, they don't look to be welded, I dunno how they are attached.

But what do you guys think the best way to mount my new cooler would be? Have the ones off the stock cooler cut and welded onto the new one?
