PreKat Trail Tech Vapor

Anyone have any luck with a Trail tech on a prekat? I have a 97 and the only things ive been seeing is for post kat. the one prekat thread i saw didnt have a reply as to which part number. If anyone knows the part number of the one to use or if this can even be done. please let me know.
