Sounds like moisture and fuel additives getting together, I have seen that white stuff and cleaning the entire fuel system and fresh filter and fuel should take care of it. Kreme if not applied correctly will give you white residue as well but that is obvious. Good luck.

I cleaned out the fuel tank the lines and the carbs..i don't get to ride mine very often so I make sure I don't leave fuel in it to long also in my area the onley gas that doesn't have ethanol in it is the 91 octane so I put that in instead of 89.i havnt had a issue with it yet (knock on wood)
