ok then this might be of some use to you its what i plan on doing, http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms2extra/...ion.htm#2coils instead of the VB921 use Bosch BIP373 direct replacment as the VB921 is discontinued and this would be what you use for the vr signal input from the bike http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms2extra/...gnition.htm#vr and this is how you tune the vr signal http://www.diyautotune.com/tech_arti...t_vr_index.htm, i would see if you could just tap the vr signal for the time being and tune it but i dont know the effect that could have if it would weaken the signal

I have a decent write up about that subject in my build thread. I may have even posted it somewhere else, 1 sec and I will post a link for you. The most common set up was the 01-03 GSXR 600 TB set up. But I did quite a bit of testing to find something that didnt have to be hacked up.

A forum filled with write-ups, FAQ's, and visual aids for
mechanical & cosmetic modifications to your Katana.

I am just going to enrich the fuel mix at low engine temps for cold starts.

IIRC, right hand side base of cylinder, where it meets the block/cases.

                          Thats what modern bikes do.

A lot of serious guys running nitrous on the strip just jump the temp sensor, the ECU defaults to the cold start overly rich map.

As for the secondary butterflies, if you want a useful streetbike that operates over all RPM and throttle position they are pretty necessary. You can tune around them, but the throttle transitions are super snatchy without them.
90% of motorcycle forum members do not have a service manual for their bike.

Located just above the clutch assembly. If yours is a 750 it will have R at the beginning like this.
