Gauge meter fuse problems

I got a 02 katana gsx600f and i cant find why my gauges keep blowing a fuse when it cuts off it shuts my tachometer speedometer turnsignals and horn off i figure its gotta be a short in a wire or crossed wire or burnt wire it worked for awhile then it cut off my bike was smoking by the radiator if that helps i figure ill start there but if any one had the same problem that they can let me know what it was on there bike so i have some where to start thatd be helpful idont wanna buy a new harness just yet

No radiator, it's an oil cooler. Pull the fairings off and find the burnt wires. Fix them, then see what happens.
