    can you replace the headlights w/out removing the plastic
    05 Kat 600
    Yoshi RS3
    Bar Risers
    Road Attacks
    Fumoto Valve
    Corbin Seat w / backrest
    Sportech black chrome windscreen

    you can do it without removing them, but you'd have to remove like 90% of the bolts so you can pull the plastics away from around the light. In orther words, it would be a hell of a lot easier to just take them off

      If you mean the bulbs that is easily done.

            should b really easy. get a flashlight you might be able to see where they turn, and then pop out . i think....

              You have to unplug the connector, revove the rubber boot that covers the back of the bulb and then theres a little metal arm that holds the bulb in. I think you have to push in and down on the metal piece that holds in the bulb, if I remember correctly. Just download the manual in the "How to Q & A" section and it should take you through it.

                It's really easy, just remove the rubber boots then remove the socket then twist the bulbs out. Standard H4 bulb (9003 depending on where you get it).
