I bought an flat black Icon Mainframe. I'v added a nice mirror shield.
damn I like it!

I found it a little noisy at first but finally it's not that bad.

I like the blacked out look. I recently bought a smoked visor for my Sy-Max so I don't have to wear sunglasses all day if I don't want to. I found that I really like the sense of privacy when people can't see who... I mean, "what" you're looking at.

I'm noticing that my Alliance Visor is getting "floppy"
Like the ratchet is wearing.
Not sure if a new visor will fix it.

Last night while "warming up the bike"
The visor slammed down at 80-90..
It's never done that before..

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this..

I have the white, gray and black matte finish Icon Maniframe, which I think is also called the Alliance Helmet.

I'm still trying to track down and chromed shield though...any hints on where to find one?

That helmet is sweet looking! I love it, I want a black helmet but will the inside temp be any hotter than a lighter color?

As far as being noisy, I've read somewhere Icons are made by HJC and they're known to be that way (I know mine is!). Just get you some ear plugs and you'll be set.

Nice lid Epsilon. How dark is the shield?

during the day, it's ok,It.s kind of light smoked. But at night, well it's a tinted shield, so I prefer to re-install the original.
