    Here is what I got so far. I can now take this and model my own around the specific points I need. But I just realized I do not have the rear brake arm nob. Guess I will have to add that.

        Yeah I thought about just making my current look cleaner, but I want to make a look that no one has seen before. I like working on my bike and I have about 6 months of winter so....

        Idea #1. The tubing bender I have is only able to bend smaller tubing so I will have to do three tall (I think) I need to check that.

          When you first suggested this, a two or three tall swingarm is what came to mind. I think it would look really good. Make sure you keep us updated with photos when you can. A work in progress is a beautiful thing (at least to me).

              Just a suggestion;

              If you are going to use tubing that small instead of stacking it use tubes to space them.
              The primary force on a swing arm will be torsional. So you want high shear resistance. That means increasing the "height" of the swing arm. By adding several vertical tubes in each "layer" that makes it act like a taller beam. It will also improve it visually IMO..

              This is something I did quick in paint...

                I like that. I was going to model a few ideas and chose form there. I will have to look into that.

                  Hi Radar,

                  I found this in dad's drawings.
                  Perhaps you can do something with it

                  best off regards, Anoucka

                      Hi Black_peter,

                      I looked at the Bimota-site and you are right it is the swingarm off a Bimota DB5.

                      best off regards, Anoucka

                        My buddy and I were talking and were wondering if anyone knew of a bike with a steel swingarm and the same axle diameter we could take the ends off for the axle adjustments? We are a little worried about that area.

                          I'd love to see someone do a tubular arm like that Bimota on a Kat.
