  • Help in central Jersey... Float Adjustment.

I know this probably wont get any hits but im throwing it out there anyway. I crashed my bike on the 25th of november and im putting it all back together just fine, only thing is, now it needs a float adjustment and i really dont feel comfortable doing it. is there anybody near me that could help that knows what there doing or is it hopeless and i need to shell out money for a shop?

If you're up for trying it yourself with alittle help from KR, you might be able to do it. I'll move this to the mechanics forum for more hits for you..

Doesn't NEED an adjustment just beause of the crash . From all your OTHER posts , it sounds like the floats just need to be checked to make sure they're still working right . But checking the height probably wouldn't be a bad idear . http://771doug.netfirms.com/float.html
