Been bummin' around the forum for a few weeks now and thought I should formally introduce myself.
I picked up a 1998 Kat 600 with 6k on the clock about a month ago. It's my first bike and so far, so good. So far I've put a smoked screen on her and a Scorpion slip-on. I can understand why the Scorpion is one of the board faves!
I'm from the northwest corner of CT, where there are awesome, twisty, less traveled roads, which have been excellent to learn how to ride on. I've seen one other fellow Kat in the area, a 98+, a really nice maroonish color with some clear signals in the front. Wondering if this guy is on the board?!...
