Got into the shop Wednesday and today. Finished the front brakes with a scavenged master from some Kawasaki bike, Stayed late to adjust valves... And can't turn the motor. She's dead Jim.

Did you ever check to see if the alternator or starter gears slipped? Thats possible and makes it appear the engine is sized...
