      One finger to the ground or pat on the helmet if LEO is in proximity. I even wave to scooters!

        I've always wondered whats the best way to signal theres fuzz behind you and the oncoming rider should lookout. Pat on the helmet?

          Is that a common signal to alert other riders of speed traps? I've never seen that, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for it. I usually just do the old "brights on and off" trick. I thought that was the universal code...

                Sometimes another rider will look over at me and just nod his head, to which I will reciprocate in the same manner too. But normally I always give the peace sign.

                  Yes, sir. If there is law nearby, give the opposing rider a heads up by tapping the top of your helmet. Hopefully he knows the signal!
